Flozen Delivery Policy

At Flozen, we are proud to offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders.

1. Delivery Timescales

Delivery times depend on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are as follows (from the date of dispatch):

  • Domestic Delivery (within the same country as our warehouse): approx. 2–5 business days

  • International Delivery: approx. 5–14 business days

A signature may be required upon receipt. Tracking may be provided depending on the shipping service used.

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearance procedures (where applicable) may cause delays that are outside our control.

2. Delivery Costs

  • Flozen provides Free Standard Shipping Worldwide.

  • If Express Shipping is available for your location, the cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • All delivery charges (if any) are confirmed during checkout and will not change after your order is placed.

3. Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to most major countries worldwide. However, delivery is subject to compliance with international shipping regulations.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for delivery to specific destinations due to customs or import restrictions.

  • If an item cannot be delivered to your chosen country, you will be notified before checkout is completed.

4. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address.

  • At this time, Flozen does not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or pack stations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Couriers

Flozen works with trusted international couriers and local postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order. The courier used will depend on the shipping location and service available.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific courier.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Where duties or taxes are applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
